Liz Miele is not just a cute face. She’s been tearing up the comedy scene since her sweet sixteen and has performed on some of the biggest stages of the standup world. From Conan O’Brien, The Daily Show with John Stewart and at just twenty two appeared on Comedy Central’s “Live at Gotham”. She has an amazing animated web series called, “Damaged”.  And did I mention she’s already performed at both the New York and Boston Comedy Festivals? Her comedy is fresh. Her takes are hilarious. Episode 39 – Julian Farino

Julian Farino is a film and television director and started out as an award winning documentarian. But it’s his work as a Director that brought him four Emmy and Directors Guild of America Nominations. He has sat in the director’s chairs for some of the biggest shows in television history. And when I say some of the biggest shows, that’s exactly what they are.  Sex & The City, Big Love, The Office, How To Make it in America, Rome, The Newsroom, Hello Ladies, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and of course, the legendary show, Entourage just to name a few. And did I mention he was also the man behind the movie, “the Oranges”? Julian chats with Jake from Florida where he’s shooting his new show, “Ballers” starring the Rock, Dwayne Johnson. He discusses growing up in the U.K., his transition to America and how it was making one of the world’s most popular shows, “Entourage”. Episode 38 – Blair Robertshaw

  Blair Robertshaw has lived a life most have dreamed of.  He’s lived and traveled throughout the world, conquered the business sector and have I mentioned? That he just so happened to of spent most of his life tearing up race tracks at over 150 miles per hour. The resume is impressive, being the Western Canada Motorsport Formula Continental champion in 2008 and 2009, he’s set track records at Race City, Gimli Manitoba and Namao Air Force Base in North Edmonton.  He also, as with most open-wheel racers, has a karting background, including winning the Formula 125 Pro Kart Series Championship from 1993 to 1997 and has experience racing karts at the Winnipeg Exchange Grand Prix and the Star Phoenix Grand Prix in Saskatoon. Blair sits down with Jake and they talk about the new chapter in his life.  He is bringing world famous tracks and million dollar cars with the most realistic driving experiences for people in Calgary with the opening of his new venue, The Race Room.
